Private creation and saving

When creator features are enabled for your account, ArkheOS keeps the title, HTML, CSS and JavaScript of each rendered revision in an account-bound source history. The owner record uses your private account identifier to prevent other accounts from changing your widget. Private saved interaction state is stored separately when account saving is enabled. Source histories are bounded; older published revisions retain their exact source.

Your public name and uploads

You choose a public creator name. ArkheOS stores it with a random public creator ID and a private account binding. The service does not automatically use your login name or email as your public name. Your private account identifier is not included in public pages or public browsing responses.

A publication preview expires after ten minutes. Publishing requires an explicit review and confirmation. The published title, description, chosen public name, code, artwork and default content are public and available for viewing and remixing. Stored private interaction state is excluded. Personal information embedded in source or default content would become public, so review that copy before publishing.

Remixes and hiding a copy

Each remix records its exact published parent, and public pages retain the original-to-parent-to-child credit chain. Hiding a public copy removes its public listing and source access. Existing descendants retain the ancestor’s public name and credit, marked as unavailable. Hiding does not erase your private source history or saved work. A name change does not rewrite the name recorded on older published copies.

Public previews

Changes made while exploring a public widget stay in that visitor’s browser storage. Public previews do not receive the creator’s private saved state, account credentials or account-management tools. A visitor can reset their preview or clear browser storage.

Accounts, providers and choices

Auth0 handles sign-in; Stripe handles payments; Cloudflare hosts source records, saved state and community pages; OpenAI hosts the conversation and app interface under its own policies. ArkheOS stores the account and subscription identifiers needed to decide access. Card numbers do not pass through Widget Canvas. Network providers receive technical request data such as IP addresses. ArkheOS does not sell personal information or use advertising trackers on these pages.

Private source histories, saved work and creator records remain until removed through an account request or an applicable retention process. Public copies remain available until hidden; descendants retain their attribution chain. Contact support@arkheos.ai to request access, correction or removal; account ownership may need verification. Financial and security records may need separate retention. Removing an ArkheOS account does not remove its ChatGPT conversations.
